Email marketing to promote academic courses to paediatric healthcare professionals

Marketingesp worked with APG for a number of years creating a programme of email marketing campaigns to promote paid-for professional courses and push recipients of the campaigns through to the Academy’s website and course registration page(s).

How we helped APG

Each campaign is targeted at specific groups of paediatric healthcare professionals so the overall schedule needs to be carefully planned to avoid spamming groups who are relevant to all courses. Open rates vary depending on the relevance of the target group but range between 15% – 25%.

Each campaign is also promoted through social media channels to extend its reach and engage with an extended audience who can then sign up to receive future course information.
